BAR-Ranch is a craft butcher shop providing both dry and wet aged steaks on site. We are certain our dry-aged themed menu consisting of steaks, sandwiches, burgers and salads will ensure all of our guests will experience some of the best beef available.
BAR-Ranch is the premiere location to find all the best 100% Koroge Washu Wagyu, Akaushi Wagyu, American Wagyu and Aberdeen Angus beef available. All of our steaks are dry-aged for a minimum 30 days in our custom 2000 cuft salt chamber, giving all of our steaks the best flavor you can find anywhere. With the unique street view of our aging room and large viewing windows inside, we are sure that each guest will have a one-of-a-kind experience each and every visit.
